[Request] Farming and Settler mod

Hey LL,

 

I know that this might be a long shot, but at the same time I know you guys are awesome.

 

I've been playing bethesda games for quite some time and I'm a total mod-aholic. With that diagnosis I've come across a lot of interesting mods in my days. And two mods that hold a special place in my heart are these;

Farming Bob (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=39042)

and Real Time Settler (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=36922) for Fallout: New vegas.

Am I the only one that would love to see these in Skyrim?

 

Even though I've spent many, many years playing with mods, I have no actual knowledge of how they work.

So the question is, would it be possible to make mods like these in the Skyrim engine?
