Shadow casting glitch on Converted Armour

As the title says, I've converted some armour from Oblivion, but they all have this Shadow casting glitch. I tried combining all meshes into one(Thinking separate meshes caused the issue), but the same glitch still remains.

 

I'm starting to think it's an engine glitch, getting rid of the cast shadow flag fixes this issue, but then it looks weird for the armour to not cast a shadow.

 

I've tried fixes from other forums, the main one changining the number of vertext bones to 4 from 20 (same issue remains)

 

I've attached some pictures and the NIF file for reference and my export settings in 3DS MAX
