Duplicate Shout

[Rokabur]

So I just noticed that when I kill the first dragon in the game at the watch tower, I get a duplicate Unrelenting Shout with double the cooldown time of the Unrelenting shout I learn in Bleak Falls Barrow. This is my load order (the Merged Argonian Followers is of course a merged .esp of 25 seperate mods to free up space).

Tried using the player.removeshout command, will remove ONLY the Unrelenting Force I learned in Bleak Falls Barrow but won't remove the Unrelenting Force I gain from killing the dragon that has twice the cooldown timer.
