This happened after uninstalling 2 scripted mods with the save cleaned via Savegame Script scalpel and Savetool, i've also refresh the cells by waiting for 31 in-game days with tfc command, save then exit. I can play with a starting FPS of 40 Exterior and 60+ Indoors(Vsync off & SweetFX preset off, just ENBoost), FPS 30-45 Exterior, 40-50 Interior (SweetFX on), the FPS drop will start of with a stutter that lasts a few seconds then my FPS will gradually drop to around 20-25. Even as i move from cell to cell the FPS won't change from that margin. Exiting and re-launching will cure it temporarily as it will repeat the process after a few minutes. I suspect it's one of the mods that i uninstalled since it's scripted and even with the precaution i made to ensure my Save will be safe from Corruption or Bloat, another one is a LOD mod. I tried everything to fix this issue like pcb on console, Disabling grass, disabled all AA, FXAA, SMAA and other anti-aliasing method via CCC, Skyrim Launcher and enblocal. my Papyrus will report errors as for mods like Dual Sheathe Redux, Bloody Facial & CWO. As for Scalpel & savetool, everything is cleaned and no problems. I don't know if this is caused by reckless mod usage/installation, Pushing my Rig to the limit? . Other fixes i found & created myself will just remedy it for a couple of minutes. My Rig:(All stock speed, No OC'ed since my GPU is a DDR3 nightmare, CPU is not K/Haswell integrated, Mobo is B Chipset so it's obvious and HDD) Mobo : MSI B88M-P33: BIOS 4.0 - PCI Bus Clocked at 128-bit CPU : Intel I-5 4440 @ 3.1Ghz - Turboost @ 3.4Ghz GPU : Powercolor AMD Radeon 7750 HD 2GB 128-bit @ 800Mhz with Omega 14.2 Driver update (Overclocking will result in all games unplayable) HDD : Toshiba 1TB @ 10,00Rpm PSU : Antec 450V ( PSU listed as Class B from a tech-site, also tested)
