Quests disappearing

I have a strange problem that I've only just noticed. I went to my quest journal and it was completely blank ! I know that I had lots of quests open the last time I looked. I reverted to an earlier save from a few days ago and they were still gone. I reverted to one from about a week ago and a few of the entries were present but after a bit of time spent playing from that save , they disappeared too.

     Does anyone know any thing that could cause quests to just disappear from the list ? Is there someway of refreshing the list to bring them back or a console command to do similar ?

I exported my load order from NMM to a text file. I tried to copy and paste the contents to the message here but it doesn't seem to work. I could upload the load order as a text file if that's any help ?

What you need to do is put it in a spoiler like this [Yspoiler] Text or load order goes here [/spoiler] Get rid of the Y and it will work like this

     It looks like a much bigger load order than it is. I've merged a lot of clothing and armor mods so the plugins are still present but not activated :-)
