Can't Load Soul Cairn

[TBDM]

For some reason I can't seem to load up the Soul Cairn. I'm at the appropriate point in Dawnguard, but when I try to load it I just get the loading screen, and have to force close Skyrim. I have already installed Safety Load from the Nexus, so I don't know what else to do. Here is my load order

I've got a couple papyrus logs that show errors with the PlayerVampireQuestScript.psc, and I'm not sure what's causing it. I know I have installed Better Vampires, Royal Bloodlines, and the patch for the two of them. I also have the ningheim mod installed as well as the necessary race compatibility patch.  I have had issues making ningheim and better vampires work together and don't think I have them quite right yet, but I think that there may be some conflict between them preventing me from proceeding. I tried using console commands to both set my race to ningheim vampire and nord vampire but neither one would let me enter the Soul Cairn. I think my next step would be to try uninstalling one of the two, adjusting the appropriate patches, and seeing what would happen then, does anyone else know of the best way to go about doing this?
