Weird model displacement in the water of BBLS, any way to fix?

I am using the Bathing Beauties Luxury Suite mod. Does that count as adult mod? The only other mods I have enabled are the unofficial patches, Enhanced Blood Textures, Race Menu, SkyUI and skse.

 

For some reason all models that are in the water in this mod have some kind of issue where they don't animate completely.

 

In the image I attached you can see how the body underwater is rippled and moved, but at the same time there is a blue outline that shows a slightly highlighted transparent character model that doesn't move.

 

This also happens to the bench model that is in the pool.

 

This only happens in the mod building, not outside in regular water.

 

 

Any ideas how to fix this?
