Water Refraction Bug

I have strange visual bug. When characters body is distorted by water, it has weird ugly transparent edges. To understand what i mean better to see a screenshot:

Video: NVidia GeForce GTX 780

Driver version: 347.25 - WHQL Jan 22, 2015 (on older versions bug also appears)

Version of ENB: 0.251

Also i have installed:

Realvision ENB

W.A.T.E.R

 

Maybe someone here knows how to fix it by changing settings of ENB, Skyrim.ini, SkyrimPrefs.ini, NVidia driver settings or something else?
