tamamo Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 There are a lot of fantastic armors out there that lack of the gnd.nif. So I tried to make one by converting the current armor.nif into the armor_gnd.nif. But I encountered a problem which the model appeared invisible in the CK or game. Anyone has any tutorial regarding on how to make gnd.nif? Here is my failed attempt: 1) I followed the Blender import/export tutorial from Nexus. 2) Deleted all the skeletons, cleared the parents and reset the position of the mesh. 3) Assigned UV maps. 4) Exported the mesh. I followed the similar settings (but unchecked the export skin partition) in skyrim.mod.jp. http://skyrim.mod.jp/index.php?%A4%DB%A4%CB%A4%E3gnd.nif%BA%EE%C0%AE%CA%D4 5) Copy and paste the exported NiTriStrips into an existing armor_gnd.nif which contains the collision data. I used one of the Tera armor for testing. Attached is my failed .nif. Anyone care to share what went wrong? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
