Race Modding Question

Just started playing Oblivion again after many years and I used to give elves and kajiit a racial toggle racial Night eyes. Only problem is I don't remember how I did it. I played with construction set and looked at the kajiit night eye LP and didn't see option to have it be constant. I don't recall it being a huge hassle for me to do, but it all seems so foriegn to me now... Also, I am not sure I am remembering this right or not, but I believe I also made their eyes glow when I had it toggled on, is this possible?

 

Also, how do I edit race specials? Remove or add new ones without having to recreate race entirely?

To make their eyes glow, I believe it's a special eye texture that needs to be added/created, or removed. It should have a "_g" suffix.

 

To create race specials, I would use the toolset, and create patches (and bash them so that they don't take an extra ESP slot). I recommend using the extended toolset, made by the excellent shadeMe :

Okay, am not figuring out how I can modify an existing races specials. I do not want to create a new race, just alter their LP's etc. I have googled it and can come up with nothing.
