[Need help] Paper Money

Hi!

For few days i'm trying to find some mod that add paper money to skyrim, but i couldn't find any mod, so I'd tried to convert some resources from oblivion for personal use. I have never worked with modeling tools and now any try of converting it result in failure.

And now, i'm asking You for help, is there any easy way/program/converter that can do that ? Or maybe already done mod : ) ?

closest thing i can think of i havent used it but in the description it says
