Head and body colored,and in-game color difference.Help

Head and body in place of the neck painted one color and game color difference. That gives a different tone on the neck and body? Msn maps of the body and the head is ok. Help can't find the color of the body and head are the same. In the UK went over all the color in the tone doesn't help.
