Skyrim Random Crashes :/

Hey there

how i said in the topic title, my skyrim crashes randomly.

I can play sometimes 5hours without crash, and sometimes only 5 mins.

Im using mod organizer, i already sorted my plugins with loot.

Does anybody know which mods have an conflict?
