uninstalling onetweak

so twodays ago i emptied out broaken oar grotto no problem, i install four mods do the black blood argonian quest in solitude and get to a point where i have to go back in. but it crashes every time. uninstalled all 3 other mods, even tried to load a earlier save in the grotto befor i even downloaded onetweak but it always kills my game. i tried every form of unistall but my skyrim is perma boned even after comeplete uninstall and re install what next to get rid of this damn thing. apropos utility isn't worth it.
