Looking for mod: NPCs Can't Equip Things

I'm looking for a mod that I had for Oblivion, but can't find a version of for Skyrim. It makes it so that NPCs can't equip the things they carry, that is, they cannot regain clothing once removed. I don't want a mod that just makes everyone naked, because I enjoy the thrill of pickpocketing their clothes right off their backs as they walk around in broad daylight.

 

If it isn't possible to keep NPCs from equipping things, is it at least possible to keep them from adding things to their inventory? Do mods such as these exist yet?

You can use this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11662/? it makes npc wear what you give them, and one of the options is nude.

Oh hey, first response! I've downloaded the mod and will test it out as soon as I can.

Hopefully, I can figure out how to increase the number of slots.
