CK wont export facegen data for Eiries Ohmes Raht Race

Im trying to make a custom follower with eiries ohmes raht race.  Ive been following this tutorial http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1019769-how-to-create-your-own-custom-race-followers-tutorial-based-on-the/  and im up to step 3 where u are supposed to export the facegen data from ck.  But CK wont export it, it says it did and says 'done', but it does not create the files.

 

Ive read somewhere that you cant export from the actor column, supposedly you have to export from the actor\actor\actorrace then choose the npc.

The problem is there is no ohmes raht race under actor\actor, so i cant do it that way. 

 

Something else i tried was importing my .npc file as a preset.  But my npc doesnt show up under the preset races, only preset.  just like the problem above.  EDIt: i just reloaded the esp and ohmes raht is under preset now and i can select the npc from it, but it still doesnt export

 

Please tell me there is a work around for this because i am stumped.
