Character stuck invisible

this bug starts after talking to a mage in winterhold that asks me to remove focal points in the college, now my character is almost completely invisible without the benefits of invisibility

 

 

 

 

 

i've tried player.setactoralpha 100 , it doesn't work, i used Become Ethereal, it only works to reveal the character for the duration of the shout + a few seconds before my character turns invisible again

 

edit : sexchange twice also doesn't work
