Can anyone make kickass animation with little direction?

^As the title says, I was hoping someone can make an animation for a song that I can use to promote my book when I post it.  I'll give details of the characters and plot, and if I can find it, a good song to use.  Using that, you have pretty much free reign to do what you want to make it promote the book and its plot while working with the song.
