Seam Concealer for NPC

since i'not so experienced with modifying meshes and textures, the only way to solve the seam problems is by hiding with "Luchaires Neck Seam Concealer" found here http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=18669

but, i was wandering how to use these necleses on npc? i've tryied to play with the files from this mod, but i just can't do it.

can anyone help?

(and choose one of the two additional ESPs to automatically add necklaces to female NPCs)
