Player opposite Gender Animations tag does not work

Hi, I have problem with setting opposite gender animations for my female character. I checked the option in CK and had the mod load as the last in load order, but my female character still has female animations. I checked my whole load order in TES5Edit and all edited all the mods that edited PC in order to add OGA in hopes it will fix the problem, but it did not.

 

Im using SL, bunch of other mods and FNIS. THe odd thing is I didnt have such problems before.
