Prison Overhaul Help

Hey guys, so I recently downloaed Prison Overhaul, however I cannot seem to hear the gag sound that is part of ZaZ Animation Pack. It states that when the gag is put on, the sound will play, but it doesn't. I have downloaded a mod called Gagfx but i uninstalled that thinking that would be causing the issue, but it still does not play. Any help?

 

Also, during the whipping inside the cell, does the character not have anysound or animations? She just stands still and looks forward? Or is that just me?
