Making a diaper mod

So, I noticed a lack of diaper mods for Skyrim. Doesn't really surprise me since it's a very small niche. I'd like to create a mod that adds equipable diapers, though. I know, I'm weird. Oh well. Anyway, I'd like to basically have an extra armor slot just for diapers and I want them to show up only when you have one equipped and you're not wearing certain armor. So, if you have a diaper equipped and take armor off, the diaper appears on your character. When you put armor back on, the diaper is no longer visible. Is this at all possible to do? I have no modding experience, so if it is possible, can someone please point me in the right direction to learn how I might make this mod?
