Plugins wont open???

I use NMM for all my mods.  When I download the files off loverslab I activate them by adding plugin in NMM then hit open, then that mod shows up on the list under my mods and I activate it.  Well I just installed some more mods and when I click open plugin file nothing happens and it doesn't move to my list of mods to activate it.  I even tried mods from a month ago and they wont appear on my NMM list to activate.  I have about 80 mods.  Anyone know why this is?
