Can't launch game with MO

Evening Guys,

 

So I've installed my desired mods using MO.

 

I had the game working, and I decided to switch from the Type 6 body, to the Type 3.

 

Ever since then my game doesn't launch properly, it launches, the enb and the steam overlay work, but everything else is black.

 

Not sure what could be the problem, please could anyone help.
