Visual bug with interior fog, maybe?

I've been getting this visual bug in my game in certain areas. I can't determine if it's from the fog or a light source. It drifts up and down in place.

So, I have found out that the problem I'm seeing is actually the model for ghosts in Immersive Creatures. It appears to be stretched and scaled all over the place. What I was seeing as a strange visual bug was actually a creature smeared across the area.
