Minou Wanhunyi missing Eye Talisman

Hello,

 

If you look at the image below you can see the eye talisman on the character. In my game I cannot equip it and I am not sure why.

A little more research and I finally figured it out. Slots 50 and 51 are used for decapitation and should not be used in NPC. That's why they do not appear.
