For shouts Thunderchild and TK Combat for melee skills. Not exactly what your are looking for but still. Unfortunately I got bored of Thunderchild really fast because it takes ages to level up your shouts and I usually reroll my toons like every 3rd day  (+was too lazy to cheat).
