Hole in the ground outside whiterun.

Okay so in the vanilla game there is a small hole in the ground outside the whiterun gates to that empty room near the stairs which the unofficial patch fixes. However there is some other mod that is undoing the fix and creates a bigger hole. Does anybody know which formID it is so I can create a patch for it?

 

Or how I should Filter it in tes5edit

 

Or am I missing a mesh?
