Skyrim reinstallation and weird new problems

So, I've reinstalled Skyrim from Steam, and mods loaded automatically from Nexus Mod Loader and from Steam mod library. Previously I've had fully functional Sanguine debauchery, but now I'm having few problems.

1. When trying to load previous saves I'm getting stuck on load screen for ever.

2. When starting new game, everything works fine until I end initial scene. When I roll into Helgen execution sqare, game crushes. Also, most NPCs seems to be missing.

3. I managed to get past initial sequence by deactivating all mods. But when I load them after character creation and alduin showup, I can't move, nor I can look around.

ILS (infinite loading screen) is caused because your memory block is filled up follow this and you should not have any ILS anymore:

 

1. Download and install SKSE 1.7.1
2. Go to Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim/Data and see if you have a SKSE folder with an SKSE.ini file inside. If you do, add these values to SKSE.ini:

[Memory]
defaultHeapInitialAllocMB=768
scrapHeapSizeMB=256

 

If you don't have a SKSE.ini file create one using the texteditor pasting the lines in and save it as .ini

 

This should fix any ILS you can also look into ENB or ENBboost if you want the benefits wihtout changing the look of your game enb helps a lot with skyrim memory problems.

 

For the other stuff I don't know try'd some alternate start mod?

 

Edit: what also helps since you have many mods did not look trough them all most users of a heavy modded game like me and others have to first load a small cell like the cell from alternate start before loading the actual savegame to kinda "split" the load on skyrim
