Looking for Brutal Realism Mods

I'm looking for recommendations on which mods to use to add the following gameplay:

• Death consequences. Chance of enslavement, rape, imprisonment, and of course, regular death by falmer, bandits, whatever. (preferably animated, not just a text box saying 'you were raped', or similar) 
• Prostitutes around the place, including the ability to be one (male or female).
• Realistic hunger, diseases, defecation, urination, etc.

I'm well aware all of these mods exist, but which ones are the best to use, in terms of stability, integration, and execution?

 

Also I have a few scripted mods already I'm planning to use, so minimal scripting is preferred.

Defeat, DAYMOYL, and Sanguine's Debauchery together should handle most of the death consequences.  SD has DAYMOYL as a hard dependency, so they are pretty well integrated.

Not sure about prostitution mods, but APPS (currently works at one inn only), Radiant Prostitution and TDF seem pretty popular.

Realistic Needs and Diseases will cover eating drinking and sleeping, Frostfall because SKYRIM IS FREAKIN COLD, while Private Needs will cover defecation/urination/hygiene, Private Needs does integrate with RND.
