Sanguine Debauchery/Defeat bug?

I have SD and the required mods installed. My character is already Sanguine's slave or whatever, but when an NPC tries to rape her, they say the generic "you're naked" quote and I get a message so I can choose to submit or resist. No matter what I pick, my character's armor gets unequipped and nothing else happens. I get downed, but nothing happens and I can just jump to reset the animation. Anyone know what's wrong?
