Video tutorial on how to change appearances on CUSTOM NPc's?

I would like to change the appearance on a few followers I downloaded. I'm having issues loading files in my (creation kit). I assume I'm doing something in wrye bash or something. Specifically I want to change he appearance on (Cerwiden and Anduniel). If someone knows and good guides and video tutorials please let me know.

 

I'm sorry if this topic has been constant with other people I just dont have the time to research much at the mooment. Currently at work and about 65 hours a week. Thanks in advance.

And since I go to work five days a week, too, I have no time figure it out.

tl;dr - If you just want to edit an NPCs face (modded or Vanilla), you have to edit the FaceGenData. This shows you have to create the FaceGenData, but you have to determine where the original FaceGenData is located. Generally, in Data\Meshes\Actors\Character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom\<plugin name>\<FormID of Actor>.nif.
