How to run two same mods in one Skyrim?

So I was wondering if I can somehow have two Ningheim Race because I wanted to run different bodies and textures on both my char.  but not interfere with each other(same textures&bodies).

Hmmm sort of.

 

What you have to do is make a standalone race of Ningheim. That is, you have to then change the paths to all meshes and textures to unique ones. This is for body, and face assets. You also need to alter form lists to include the new race, so you can use hair mods and such.

 

So yes, it will take some work to make a new race though.
