About presets and the Ninghem Race

I am using Racemenu and I am wondering if it's possible for the Ninghem race to utilize the character presets found in these mods;

Many times, I have seen others mention about using ECE, but I prefer Racemenu.

 

Anyone got any ideas? I'm a total n00b when it comes to these presets. I as much as possible, avoid modifying the vanilla races because I don't want the game's NPCs altered. Plus, it helps that my player character is a stand out.
