Is there any mod for this / how would I go about doing this?

I want to make the male's shoulders (And possibly upper torso) a bit slimmer in skyrim. I know of skeleton replacers, such as subtle male skeletons, but it doesn't quite achieve the effect I want for armor sets. What I want is a more normal looking guy, not some hulking behemoth with 20 foot wide shoulders. A good example of this is DayZ.

Mind the name, not my screeny, but that's ideally how I want it. Is there a mod that does this? If not, how would I go about editing the skeleton to look a bit more like that? Is it possible to do with just nifskope?
