Dialogue options running into each other

I started to play Fallout New Vegas and noticed that when i get near the 188 rest stop i can not access my start menu and on top of that the dialogue options when speaking to either Veronica or Michelle run into each other causing a freeze that can only be fixed by ending fallout manually.

Also to note i am using the fnv4gb and enboost to try and stabilize my game, my NVSE is up to date as well. I use LOOT to sort my plugins too.
