Can't Download

Well, when I try to download anything, it starts and after while download speed goes down to 0 KB/s.  I'm not having any trouble with any other sites, just LoversLab. I tried turning of the antivirus, the firewall and downloading from different browsers. Still not working. Any idea why?

I don't do this but it is probably a DDoS attack on loverslab (ping time is over 300ms [dunno if it is normal but I don't think so])
