Some of them are too pretty for me but I do appreciate the suggestions! It's hard finding male mods in general let alone ones that fit individual tastes haha

Apachi Divine Elegance has a few options (some of the dresses are equippable by males), and there are some stockings you can use in Princes of the Woods.  You could also use some of the parts from Furb's various Replacers, like the Nightingale set.  There is also the Sissy Suite for a few more options.  That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

And also the face (mostly the eyes and the facial shape)

 

Or anyone can give me suggestions for similar body shape/mesh mods? I've tried SOS but only that, I can't find other mods that makes good beefy muscular (but not blown out-of-proportion) body mods. I did find other male body mods but seem they're for lean muscular body, not swol muscular one.

It's SAM body aka Shape or Atlas. Many SAM user in this thread too.

I use SOS (with Racemenu to make changes) myself. But many prefer SAM.

Yes that's chris redfield follower from this loverslab. I just patch it for skin part for sam but the mesh from other modder. Leon face skin and sculpt from my personal preset.
