Missing House

It seems i have lost a house in whiterun. When I start a new game, and head to whiterun after all the long boring starting crap. one of the houses is gone.

 

 

 

Is there anyway to fix this? like adding it back through console or something. i would say its one of my mods but no idea which one.

 

here is a pic of my current main save, that doesnt seem to be effected by this missing house problem on new saves.

I have deleted my data folder, and put back my vanilla data folder, then put some mods back. in hope that, it would fix this problem. i failed.

 

so im going to delete my saves and data folder this time, and try it before i put any mods in the folder.
