SOS acting oddly

My SOS keeps putting undies on my character, but when I do "erection" spell, it make the peepee.

 

When I go into my Schlongs of Skyrim MCM menu, and go to the player/npc settings it takes a millenia to load, and even when I try to change the schlong, nothing happens
