Two Swords & Shield Portable Arena Mod For Skyrim

Hi Everyone has anyone ever play The Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion & also use the mod called Portable Arena Its the one where you would drop a Sword Shield looking thing you know the one you look at on the wall in the Fighter Guild once drop in mid-air then hit Space & a menu will appear that will Spawn in any type of Enemy anywhere that you want fight please could someone make it for The Elder Scrolls 5 skyrim please & thank you.

If maybe the Portable Arena Mod does come out on skyrim could you well make it look the two Swords & Shield on the wall in Vlindrel Hall.
