Immediate death when doing the Sexout Tryout HPT

I recently downloaded Sexout tryout and sexout tryout Hard Prison Time and keep getting the same error, not sure if it is the mod or the game. I wear the Powder Gangers outfit in as a disguise and have my reputation as shunned. I give the BJ to Eddie and right after, since my clothing was stripped the rest in the room kill me, i never get past the BJ. Does the BJ count as an attack or something, because that is always when they kill me. Help with this would be most appreciated.

 

Also on a side not, my anims keep screwing up, sometimes i can see them other times my PC is invisible, help for that would be a bonus.
