A plea for HELP (Skyrim mod-related)

I have labored the entirety of the week-end and to no avail.  In my attempt to get the animations I want to work, I have installed the following (not necessarily in any given order). This listing is not ALL I have installed, but are the heavy-hitters as far as replacers and animations and the like are concerned.

 

Following the list, is my FNIS output as of a few hours ago. The changes have caused my system to lag a little, but it runs stably. My complaint is that when I engage with an NPC, it and my toon pause a moment, then strip, then stand like a mannequin for several minutes, then dress, and start responding normally.

 

The console shows that animations were used but the never showed up.

 

If anyone can assist me in getting this squared away and working, I’ll be grateful.

RaceMenuPluginRepair  -> No need if you start with XPMSE 2.14, it's for the one who upgrade XPMSE from 2.0-2.13

Thank you BOTH.  You were right about the 'full package, not the update' being needed as being the problem.

Such a simple thing, but for a new-boot, it stopped me cold.
