Mouth move lips don't

I have no idea what has caused this, and is driving me mental. Custom followers work fine, but followers created with the "Familiar Faces" mode have this issue. I did not include the mod in the title, as I am just looking for others, who have come across this. That way, I can get more info on other related issues, to perhaps diagnose mine. Please, if you have had any experience with anything similar, your knowledge would be appreciated.
