any step by step installation on how to install dual sheathed redux

i just install DSR and i didnt saw any weapon on my left and also no shield on my back at all im playing a female char and also i notice that male npc have their shields on their back 

 

here are the procedures when i install my DSR

1.install realistic ragdoll 

2.HDT physics

3.un7b

4.DSR  (and i did use the skyproc patcher)

5.xp32 extended by groovtama 

6.run FNIS

7.Boss

 

am i missing something or  the DSR doesnt work anymore?

If you're using custom weapons that are not supported by Dual Sheath Redux, then they won't show up on your back or cross etc. They will require a custom meshes to be used with Dual Sheath Redux (which they have a tutorial for on the Dual Sheath Redux page on Nexus).

 

 

When you installed Dual Sheath Redux, did you do so via a mod manager? And when you installed it via mod manager (assuming you did), did you select mod packs? It has the listing for all the custom weapons it supports and it auto detects which ones you're using.

 

Also, you have to make sure you installed your skeleton properly to support it. Groovtama's skeleton has options for where you want your weapons to be. If you didn't select those specific options, then you won't see your weapons in those spots.

 

As well, when you ran the patcher, did you make sure it is loaded at the end of your load order? And if using BOSS and not LOOT, did you add all your unrecognized mods to your userlist so the patcher will patch them? Otherwise, it won't patch unrecognized mods.

 

 

 

And to finish up, are you using the latest skeleton from Groovtama? It doesn't work with Dual Sheath Redux. The new skeleton has features to allow for manual weapon placement via RaceMenu now, which nullifies Dual Sheath Redux's placements. You'd have to use an older version, like 2.06 or something to have it support Dual Sheath Redux.

yes im using the new version of groovtama the one with the weapon position support?  

and also i already got my DSR working i just start a new game i guess there are some mods that only work in new game
