is bsa redirection still needed ?

I think wrye bash installed

ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!.bsa

 

when I enable BSA redirection

 

so Im wondering if this is still needed for skyrim

I know we had to use it for Oblivion

but have not seen much about it for skyrim.

I don't think so unless a mod has its own bsa which invalidation would be necessary.

No, Skyrim doesn't use archive invalidation. It has other problems though.
