Need help with Animation please!

Basically, i want to run 360 walk run plus with a walk and run animation and i know this is possible due to seeing a streamer do it.

the mod author says that this is impossible, but a streamer by the name of DigitallyDevious was achieving this.

 

anyone know how? would be greatly appreciated!

its a mod basically. You need to download its a base animation by using Fnis first then thats it.
