FO3NV - Fallout 3 Converter For Fallout: New Vegas

I will try this and see what happens, but I will say even if there is a lag issue, both games are massive... I will report back..

Yes, all DLC from New Vegas including Gun Runner's Arsenal are needed as well as all DLC from Fallout 3.

Just going by the mod's description page, I would say things may be a little weird until you do one or two round trips between the Mojave and the Capital Wasteland. FO3NV has some variables that assume you start in DC and are set whenever you go between worldspaces. You'd probably also have to move the FO3 main quest forward by doing something like looking at Moriarity's terminal like people had to do in one of the version's of RFCW.

Hmm. Trying the test in the .zip, the game's main menu doesn't load. Does it take REAAAALLY long for it to come up?

If the mouse pointer does not show up by the time the NCR ranger slide appears then the game has failed to load. If you have other mods there may be a mod conflict, if you have no other mods then I'm not sure what is happening.
