Breast scaling not working properly

Hello, this is my first post here and it's about some issues I ran into recently.

I use quite a lot of mods and usually everything works fine. However, recently I noticed a few minor, but very annoying problems. And that is breast, belly and butt scaling aren't really working. At the start of the game I can (using PSUniversal Body Changer) choose my characters body type and texture and (using SexLabs Hormones) see if it would look nice after some time. The problem is, this changes do not persist across the game. After some time my character would revert to almost vanilla appearance, except jiggly physics would continue working (I use CHSBHC (CBBE) for body type). It messes up the looks and also some other things like Devious piercing and such.

I have tried reinstalling mods I thought would be at fault, but to no avail, so it is probably a problem with load order or priority order (I am using Mod Organizer). There are two files attached - one is MO's list of currently installed mods and the other is current load order. I would appreciate any advice on making my mod collection work as perfect as possible.

P.S. Concerning several different body types installed - I tried unchecking them all and it didn't work, I am not sure how MO loads stuff, despite it's claims about higher priority.

So hormones makes your breasts scale bigger correct? Are you naked when checking the scaling or wearing clothes? Also I am not sure that using PSUniversal Body Changer is good to use.

Naked of course. Yeah, I really don't know how I managed to make it all work, so I chose easy way out - went fully UNPB with TBBP and all that. I'll probably close this question, I really don't want to go through a couple dozen mods again just for the sake of going back.
