Odd Texture/Particle Glitch

So I got some new armors and noticed that a couple of them have a part that glows with these strange reddish particles wherever they meet my character's skin. Unfortunately I can't pinpoint when it started, as the only items that do this are new ones I haven't previously installed. I believe in MIGHT be related to my ENB, but it has occured on two different ENBs so far (Seasons of Skyrim and AIR), so I'm not so sure. Anybody else know what might be causing this?

 

Armors pictured are from the Chapi Armor pack, though I've also seen it happen with the Aradia Kato stockings (oddly enough, only the regular ones; the lace ones look just fine).
